Jeremy Strong's Method Acting Got *That* Intense on Set, Aaron Sorkin Says

Jeremy Strong is known for disappearing into his roles, but Aaron Sorkin just revealed the Succession star may have taken things to another level while playing Mark Zuckerberg in the upcoming Social Network follow-up.

According to Sorkin, who wrote and directed the film, Strong treated his castmates the way he imagined the Meta CEO treats people. That's... a choice. Whether Sorkin meant it as a compliment or a sly jab at both Strong's commitment and Zuckerberg's interpersonal reputation is up for interpretation, but the comment landed somewhere between funny and uncomfortable.

It's the kind of behind-the-scenes detail that makes you wonder what actually went down on set. Strong's reputation for method work is well-earned—the man lives and breathes his characters. Playing one of the most scrutinized tech moguls in modern history probably required some serious psychological preparation.

The Social Network sequel is shaping up to be must-see cinema if Sorkin's got this kind of stories brewing. Here's hoping Strong's alleged Zuckerberg impression translates to screen gold.
