MUNA's Tour Bus Goes Up in Flames After Stanford Show
The indie-pop trio is safe after a scary incident on the road.

MUNA had the good sense to get everybody off the bus. Hours after wrapping their Stanford show Sunday night, the tour bus caught fire — a stark reminder that the road life comes with real dangers that don't make the highlight reels.
The band was part of the Frost Amphitheater lineup when the incident went down. What could've been a tragedy turned out different because the crew got out safely. No word yet on what sparked it, but MUNA made sure to let fans know everyone made it through okay.
Touring is already brutal — the grind, the miles, the wear and tear on bodies and minds. A fire on the bus adds a whole other layer of risk that nobody wants to think about until it actually happens. The Gets So Hot Tour rolls on, but this is the kind of moment that puts things in perspective real quick.
