Ozzfest Is Coming Back to America

Ozzfest just confirmed what heavy metal fans have been waiting on: the iconic festival is returning to North America in 2027. That's right — it's been almost a decade since the last U.S. run, and now Ozzy and crew are ready to bring the thunder back home.

The move makes sense after the organization already locked down a Birmingham, U.K. show, signaling that Ozzfest is getting serious about the global tour circuit again. This isn't just nostalgia money-grab energy either — it's a real reset for a festival that once dominated the metal summer season.

For younger heads who never caught Ozzfest in its prime, this is an actual moment. For the veterans? This is the reunion they've been asking for. Metal's had its ups and downs in mainstream consciousness, but a proper Ozzfest return could shift some energy back to the genre and remind people why the fest was so essential in the first place.

2027 might feel far off, but mark it down — this is the year the legend comes home.
