Perez Hilton Hospitalized Following Mental Health Crisis

Perez Hilton, the celebrity blogger who's been a fixture in pop culture for nearly two decades, was hospitalized this week after a mental health crisis. Police responded to his Miami residence following reports of concerning behavior during a livestream, and he's now receiving care.

The 48-year-old has been at the center of hip-hop and entertainment gossip for years—sometimes as a source, sometimes as a target. Love him or hate him, Hilton's been a real presence in the culture. What happened this week is a reminder that visibility and notoriety don't protect anyone from serious mental health struggles.

No matter what you think about his track record or his platform, this moment matters. When someone's in crisis, that's bigger than the beef or the brand. Hilton's getting support, and that's what needs to happen.

Stay tuned for updates as more information comes out.
