QC Cofounder P. Thomas Hospitalized
Quality Control Music cofounder Pierre 'P' Thomas is in the hospital.

One of the architects behind Quality Control Music's rise is currently hospitalized, according to a rep who confirmed the news to XXL. P. Thomas cofounded the Atlanta label that's become a major force in hip-hop over the past decade-plus, signing and developing some of the genre's biggest names.
Details on his condition and what led to the hospitalization haven't been made public. The rep didn't elaborate beyond confirming he's still receiving care.
Quality Control has been instrumental in shaping modern rap—from early moves with Migos and Lil Yachty to building out a roster that spans multiple generations of talent. P. Thomas's work behind the scenes has been crucial to that run.
Wishing P a smooth recovery. More info as it develops.
