RBX's Spotify Bot Case Gets Shut Down for Good
Another courtroom L for the veteran rapper in his fight against streaming fraud.

RBX took another loss in his legal battle over Spotify bot streams. A judge dismissed his revised claims and basically said there's no point in letting him take another swing at it — the case is done.
This ain't the first time things went south for the rapper in this one. He's been trying to build a case around the bot streams on his music, but the court's been steadily shutting the door on each version of his argument. This latest ruling is the judge saying, yeah, nah — even if you rewrite it again, it ain't gonna work.
It's a rough spot for an artist who built his career through the '90s and wanted accountability on a modern platform. Streaming disputes are messy territory, and for rappers fighting these kinds of battles solo, the legal system ain't always friendly. This case shows how hard it is to make noise when the system don't wanna listen.
