Chπ|§t3π: I'm Chπ|§t3π, an independent Norwegian singer-songwriter exploring the space between folk, rock, electronica and spiritual storytelling, creating music beyond genres, borders, and time.

The story right now is my first album, Music Beyond Time Vol. 1, released on October 14, 2026. It's the first of two albums in a series built around years of songwriting, personal reflections, spiritual questions, and the feeling that music can connect us beyond the boundaries we usually live within.

I released my first music on Spotify in August, and the response has honestly surprised me. By now, my releases have passed 10,000 streams combined, reaching listeners from all over the world. My song “Wake Up, Dear Soul,” released on September 14, has alone passed 5,500 streams. 🤩🙏

For someone who's still figuring out the independent music scene, seeing people from different countries connect with something that started in my own head is incredibly motivating.

The cost hasn't just been financial. It's been time, energy, courage, and a willingness to put years of creative work out there for people to hear. I'm learning about promotion, distribution, pitching, and the music industry as I go. Next week, I'm even meeting with GramArt, the Norwegian organisation for artists and musicians, to learn more about navigating the industry. 😂🙈

I don't have everything figured out, but I'm building something that means a lot to me. And this is only Volume 1 — there's another album in the series still to come.

Where it started

Music has been part of my life for decades. I've been collecting song ideas, writing lyrics, and developing musical concepts for around 27 years, but for a long time, much of that material stayed in my own world.

AI music tools opened a new door for me. They gave me a way to bring years of unfinished ideas to life, explore sounds I couldn't easily create on my own, and discover new directions for my songwriting. I write my own lyrics, bring my own ideas and musical concepts to the process, and use my own voice and guitar recordings in much of my work.

On August 24, 2026, I finally took the leap and joined Spotify as an independent artist. Since then, it's been a wild learning experience — releasing music, connecting with listeners around the world, and figuring things out one step at a time. 😅

The come-up

The road here wasn't clean. Probably the biggest challenge has been taking the step from keeping my music to myself to actually sharing it with the world.

I've carried song ideas and lyrics with me for around 27 years, and turning that material into finished releases has been a long journey. Finding the right tools helped me open a door I didn't even know how to open before.

Now I'm learning a completely different side of music: putting myself out there, promoting my work, connecting with listeners, and navigating an industry I honestly don't know much about yet. 🤣

I'm still figuring it out as I go, making mistakes, learning, and trying new things. But seeing my music reach people around the world gives me a reason to keep going.

I've come to realise that I don't need to have the whole road mapped out before taking the next step. I just need to keep creating, stay true to what I want to express, and see where the music takes me.

And honestly? I'm having the time of my life doing it. 🤪❤️

What they want you to know

I want people to know that there's a real person and 27 years of songwriting behind this project. I'm not here because I have the music industry figured out — far from it! 🤣🙈 I'm here because I finally found a way to bring years of ideas, lyrics, and musical dreams to life.

My lyrics are written by me, drawing from my own thoughts, experiences, curiosity, and view of the world. I use AI as a creative tool to help bring those ideas into sound, while also using my own voice and guitar recordings in much of my music.

I hope people feel something when they listen — whether it's recognition, hope, curiosity, or simply the urge to explore something different. A lot of my music touches on consciousness, spirituality, human connection, and our place in the universe, but I don't expect everyone to interpret it the same way.

If a song makes someone stop for a moment, think differently, or feel a little less alone, then that's already meaningful to me.

We're all learning as we go. I'm just putting my part of the journey into music. ❤️

What's next

The biggest milestone so far is the release of Music Beyond Time Vol. 1 on October 14, 2026 — the first of two albums in the series!

Since joining Spotify on August 24, my releases have passed 10,000 streams combined, with listeners discovering my music across the world. “Wake Up, Dear Soul,” released September 14, has passed 5,500 streams on its own. For a completely independent artist just starting out, that's incredibly motivating! 🤩🙏

I've just released two new songs, “Children of the Cosmic Sky” and “Killing Precious Time,” on Spotify and YouTube! 🔥😎❤️ And there's plenty more coming over the next few weeks:

Then, in January 2027, Music Beyond Time Vol. 2 is set to arrive! 🔥🙏🤩❤️

I'm also meeting with GramArt in Norway next week to learn more about the music industry and how to navigate the next steps as an independent artist.

My long-term goal is to keep creating, keep experimenting, connect with more people through my music, and hopefully bring these songs to life on stage one day.

I honestly don't have everything figured out yet. 🤣🙈 I'm learning as I go, making mistakes, discovering new opportunities, and enjoying every minute of this creative journey. The response so far has given me so much motivation to keep pushing forward.
