"I released my first song in 2021 & have only just settled into a genre that suits my voice."

I first recorded 'I never crossed the river styx 'with a friend (Billy Hayes)in his studio at the end of his garden. The songs lyrics are referring to the 'second coming ' of Christ.
Where it started
After spending nearly 50 years working in the UK building trade, I turned to music and song writing around 2020/2021 after a freak accident forced me to retire. My tracks are characterized by simple, direct lyrics that focus heavily on social commentary, current events, and personal reflection
The come-up
The road here wasn't clean. Having retired so early I needed something to keep me busy so my music has helped me overcome the solitude of not physically being ale to do all that used to do.
What they want you to know
I would like any future fans to appreciate my music Not me (I'm just the messenger) I'm mostly driven by ' legacy' and would love to see more feedback. Particularly on lyrics. I love the thought of my songs having an emotional impact on the listener.
What's next
Although I'm getting on a bit (70) I hope to be performing live at some local venues in the future.
