Salley Carson knows what she's walking into. The Charleston fixture is set to make a cameo appearance on Summer House Season 11, and she's not hiding the fact that she's genuinely anxious about it.
During an appearance on iHeartRadio's "Sex Unlocked" podcast, the 31-year-old opened up about her hesitation. She even gave Kyle Cooke a heads-up that she'd be pulling up to the house — presumably to give him fair warning before things got real.

Summer House has its own energy, and for someone coming from the Charleston crew, stepping into that Hamptons chaos is genuinely a different beast. Salley's keeping it real about not knowing exactly what to expect, which is honest at least.
