10mg Gummies: I like to make fun, colorful, melodic, dance music inspired by different cultures.
"I like to make fun, colorful, melodic, dance music inspired by different cultures. "

For this track entitled 'Besos' the song lyrics are about young love, feeling like dancing, the beach, and mixes English and Spanish languages. It has a spicy tropical dance beat and also lyrics inspired by Caribbean dancehall culture: "Whine up on me girl mi true love". I put my heart into every song I make, I give it my all, I also use fruity loops & my tiny bedroom studio to create record these tracks. I do not use any AI in my 10mg Gummies music. I start with a chord progression or sample for every song I make. Then I form the melody. Sometimes I go through many chord progressions before I find one that I can hear a hook or melody to. I'm not the best vocalist in the universe but I think I have a good ear for melody. Then I write lyrics that are emotional or even conversational. This project honestly cost me more time than money. I just want people to know it comes from the heart.
Where it started
When I was 12 or so I started playing around with fruity loops for fun. I was in different garage bands in high school. As a younger kid I grew up listening to all kinds of music from disco, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles. Now at 36 my taste in music as expanded. I play the guitar. I see music as artistic expression like painting, which I also paint portraits.
The come-up
The road here wasn't clean. When I was 30 I was diagnosed with a severe mental health disorder, It's given me a humble perspective on life. I don't take myself to seriously but I've always been creative and artistic and for me it's a therapy and medicine. I just want my life to be a gift to others. I also keep my faith in God number one.
