MeekO: I am myself as an Artist.

We were just playing around, honestly. We were searching for a different sound. Not what we usually do. My Dad suddenly came up with the hook and we both wrote a verse and the bridge. My verse is about my bf. My dads verse is about my stepmom. We talk about never regreting the love of our lives and the love that we give no matter what happens. It will only bring us closer together.

Where it started

I have loved music since I was a baby. My dad is a rapper so I got to see him and his friends make music. It inspired me to want to do the same. My dad has been my mentor, teaching me everything he knows, while I also learn on my own. It has brought us close and it is our way of bonding. Music brings people together.

The come-up

The road here wasn't clean. The biggest thing I had to over come to keep making music was being shy. I was terrafied to sing in front of others. But I went to choir and got to sing on stage and also joined a music competition and sang on stage. I learn to sing karaoke in front of people to train my nerves. I am still trying to over come this and once I do, I am gonna own every stage I stand on.

The project

I want them to know that I will always keep it real and honest. And I like to try new things if I like it. I can be picky, but will eventually figure it out. And I love my supporters. They mean a lot.

What's next

Working on the release of maybe 5 or 4 more songs and a future performance. I am also currently in a music contest. I just hope to finish it.
